Our promise

The principles behind every quote

We would rather earn your trust than your signature on a long contract. Here is how we think about pricing.

No setup fees

Getting started costs nothing. We do not charge an onboarding fee to take your business — you only start paying once your stock and orders are flowing.

No lock-in

No long contracts and no exit penalties. We would rather keep your business by doing a good job than by trapping you in the small print.

Pay for what you ship

Your bill follows your activity. Quiet month, smaller bill. Busy month, more orders earning their keep. No paying for capacity you are not using.

No fake numbers

We will not bury you in tiers or quote a headline rate that balloons later. Your quote is itemised and honest, so you can see exactly what you pay for.

The model

What actually drives your cost

Fulfilment pricing is not one number — it is a handful of honest, understandable parts. Here is each one.

Goods-in & receiving

Booking your stock in, counting it against your manifest and shelving it. Driven by how often you send stock and how much arrives each time.

Storage

The space your stock actually occupies, charged per bin, shelf or pallet. Bulky or slow-moving stock costs more space than small, fast sellers.

Pick & pack

The work of picking, checking and packing each order. Single-item orders are simpler than multi-item bundles, and that is reflected fairly.

Shipping

The courier cost for each parcel, based on weight, size and destination. We pass on sensible rates rather than padding them.

Packaging

Plain packaging is included in packing. Branded boxes, tissue and inserts are your own materials, stored and applied on your behalf.

Returns (optional)

Receiving, inspecting, grading and restocking returns. Only relevant if you add returns management, and priced per return handled.

Always included

These come as standard with fulfilment — not bolt-ons you discover on the invoice.

  • Channel integration for orders and tracking
  • Same-working-day dispatch before the cut-off
  • Scan-verified picking and a quality check
  • Live stock levels and low-stock alerts
  • Damage and discrepancy checks on goods-in
  • A named contact who knows your account

What we never charge for

The fees that quietly appear with some 3PLs simply are not part of how we work.

  • Onboarding or setup fees
  • Long-term contract lock-in
  • Exit or cancellation penalties
  • Hidden per-login software charges
  • Padded, marked-up courier rates
  • Surprise fees you did not agree to
Fulfilment done right, priced fairly

Questions

Pricing FAQs

Because an honest price depends on real factors — your product size, order volume, packaging and channels. A single headline rate would either overcharge simple setups or undercharge complex ones. Instead we give you a clear, itemised quote built around your actual business, usually within one working day.
Correct. We do not charge to onboard you. You start paying only once we are receiving your stock and shipping your orders — when you are actually getting value.
On the space your stock genuinely occupies, typically per bin, shelf or pallet per week or month. If you hold less stock, you pay less. There is no charge for empty space you are not using.
We aim to pass on sensible courier rates rather than inflate them as a hidden profit centre. Shipping is shown as its own line so you can see exactly what it costs.
That is expected for marketplace sellers. Because you pay for what you ship and store, your costs rise and fall with your activity. A quiet January simply costs less than a busy November.
Request a quote with a few details — what you sell, rough dimensions, monthly order volume and your channels. We will reply with a clear, itemised quote and talk you through every line.

Let's put a real number on it

Share a few details about what you ship and where, and we'll send a clear, honest quote — usually within one working day.
