Send us a message or request a quote with what you sell, where you sell it and your rough monthly volume. We will reply within one working day with a clear quote, connect your channels, and arrange for your first stock to be booked into our UK warehouse.
No. We are built for small and scaling sellers, so there are no minimums that lock you out. Whether you are shipping your first ten orders a day or your first thousand, we can help.
Most sellers are up and running within a few days. We handle the channel integrations for you, and once your stock arrives and is booked in, we can start dispatching straight away.
Not at all. We set up the integrations for TikTok Shop, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce and more on your behalf, so orders and tracking flow automatically without you touching any code.

Simple and honest: you pay per order for picking and packing, plus storage for the space your stock uses, plus the shipping cost. We give you a clear, itemised quote up front so you always know what a shipped order costs.
No setup fees and no long-term lock-in. We earn your business every month by doing the job well, not by trapping you in a contract. You are free to scale up, down or leave whenever you need.
No. We do not believe in hidden fees or padded line items. If something will cost extra — for example custom packaging or special handling — we tell you before it appears on an invoice.

Yes, and most of our sellers do. You fulfil every channel from a single shared pool of stock, so you never split inventory, double-handle or juggle multiple warehouses. One invoice covers it all.
Amazon already has its own fulfilment network. We deliberately specialise in the channels that do not — TikTok Shop, eBay and Vinted especially — where there is no native fulfilment to lean on and our same-day dispatch makes a real difference.
Absolutely. Adding a channel is straightforward — we set up the integration and you start shipping from it, all from the same stock you already hold with us. No new contract, no new minimums.
Operations
Dispatch, stock & returns
Orders placed before our daily cut-off on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day on tracked UK couriers. Orders after the cut-off go out first thing the next working day.
We receive, count and shelve your stock by SKU, then update your available quantity every time an item is picked and shipped. This keeps your listings accurate and helps prevent overselling during a spike.
Yes. We pack to your spec and can include branded mailers, tissue, inserts and thank-you cards. Premium, on-brand packing is our standard, not an upsell — great for TikTok unboxings and Etsy buyers especially.
Returns come back to our UK warehouse, where we inspect each item, restock anything sellable and flag damaged stock. Your available quantity always reflects what you can actually ship.
Yes. We can assemble bundles, sets and made-to-order kits so they ship as one tidy parcel. Just let us know your spec during onboarding.
